Request that the Board waive the $480 campaign finance late fee assessed against Michael E. Robertson, a candidate for Mayor of the City of Bunkie in the May 27, 2010 election, whose Annual campaign finance disclosure report was filed 12 days late. |

In connection with his request for a waiver of the $480 late fee assessed for the late filing of an Annual campaign finance report, Michael E. Robertson, states that he was confused about the report of financial contribution and the financial disclosure statement. He believed that the financial disclosure report was the only report he needed to file until the next election. In speaking with another elected official, he found out that he was required to file a campaign finance disclosure report. Mr. Robertson is an any other level candidate. This is his third campaign. He was a successful candidate.
