In connection with his request for a waiver of the $1,260 and $60 late fees assessed for the late filings of a 30-P and 10-P campaign finance reports, Herman Ray Love states that he experienced kidney stones from July 7, 2011 through October 1, 2011. He maintains that he had several instances of kidney stones and was hospitalized in Alexandria, LA for a week, released, hospitalized again, released and hospitalized again. Mr. Love states that he will obtain medical reports of his treatment and submit them upon receipt. Mr. Love is a district level candidate. This is his fourth campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate. Staff has requested medical documentation, which if received will be presented to the Board at the meeting.
