In connection with his request for a waiver of the $240 late fee assessed for the late filing of a Supplemental campaign finance report, Birdex Copeland, states that no additional funds were received, nor did he have any campaign activity during the reporting period. Mr. Copeland maintains that it was his understanding that his final report for the October 2, 2010 election (10-G report) had been filed. Mr. Copeland is an any other level candidate. This is his fifth campaign. He was a successful candidate.
