In connection with her request for a waiver of the $1,620 late fee assessed for the late filing of a Supplemental campaign finance report, C. Denise Marcelle states that during the time the report was due, one daughter was hospitalized, and the other daughter was on bed rest. Additionally, one of her granddaughters, age 2, has been in and out of the hospital and another close relative became seriously ill and eventually died. Ms. Marcelle ask that the Board consider her circumstances and grant her request for a waiver or reduction of her late fee. Ms. Marcelle is a district level candidate. She was a successful candidate.
