RE:
Request that the Board waive the $540 and $60 campaign finance late fees assessed against Alfred R. "Trey" Blossman, III, a candidate for St. Tammany Parish Assessor, in the October 22, 2011 election, whose EDE-P and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 9 and 1 day(s) late.

In connection with his request for a waiver of the $540 and $60 late fees assessed for the late filings of an EDE-P and 10-G campaign finance reports, Alfred R. "Trey" Blossman, III states that his reports were filed untimely because he was overwhelmed with running his business as well as his campaign.
