Request that the Board waive the $1,400 campaign finance late fee assessed against Deputies for a Safe St. Bernard, a political action committee, whose Annual campaign finance disclosure report was filed 7 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request for a waiver of the $1,400 late fee assessed for the late filing of an Annual campaign finance report, John Vickers, Chairman, on behalf of the committee, states that their Annual report was untimely filed due to a communications error within their committee. He maintains that a correction was made, as soon as he was made aware of the error.
