In connection with his request for a waiver of the $400 late fee assessed for the late filing of an EDE-P campaign finance report, Rickey J. Boudreaux, states that he is a first time candidate who misunderstood the reporting requirements for his election day expense report. He maintains that it was an oversight on his part and ask that his late fee be waived. Mr. Boudreaux is an any other level candidate. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
