Deborah Basile served as a member of the Ethics Adjudicatory Board Panel A. Judge Basile resigned. The alternate judge Louis Pauratore is now a member of Panel A. Therefore, an alternate judge needs to be appointed.

The current term of the members of the Ethics Adjudicatory Board runs from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013.

R.S. 42:1141C(4)(c)(iii) provides that a vacancy on the EAB shall be filled for the unexpired term at the next public meeting of the Board of Ethics in the same manner as the original selection.
R.S. 42:1141C(4)(c)(i) provides that the members of the EAB shall be randomly selected at a public meeting of the Ethics Board from among the names of all administrative law judges who meet the qualifications.
