Reconsideration of a request that the Board waive the $1,600 campaign finance late fee assessed against Health Agents PAC, a political action committee, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 8 days late |
|
In connection with his request for a reconsideration of a waiver of the $1,600 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-G campaign finance report, Doug Jones, on behalf of the committee, maintains that their report preparer, Angie Burley, sustained a personal medical issue beyond her control on the day before the report was due. Mr. Burley had to have emergency gall bladder surgery. Ms. Angela Burley has provided medical documentation to support her claim that she was medically unable to timely file the committee's 10-G campaign finance report and it is attached for reference.
