In connection with his request for a waiver of the $400 and $360 late fees assessed for the late filings of a 10-G and EDE-G campaign finance reports, Alvin Jackson states that this was his first year running and he was not aware he was required to file reports. He further states that the late fees would present a financial hardship. Mr. Jackson is an any other level candidate. This is his fourth campaign.
