In connection with his request for a waiver of the $1,000 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-G campaign finance report, Norbert Rome, states that he believed that he had filed all required reports. He maintains that he did not spend any money on his campaign. He ask that the Board waive his late fee since he did not receive any loans/contributions, nor did he spend any money on his campaign. Mr. Rome is a major level candidate. This is his sixth campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
