An advisory opinion was issued at the June 2012 meeting that concluded that the Port Sulphur Ace Hardware, Inc. transacted business with the LeMoine Group. Connie Lincoln is a member of the Plaquemines Parish Hospital Service District #1, and also the owner of Port Sulphur Ace Hardware and requestor of the original opinion. She states that her company has never done business with the LeMoine Group and was seeking an opinion as to whether she could do business with the LeMoine Group, which does business with the Hospital Service District. Ms. Lincoln requests that the advisory opinion fact section be amended to reflect a correct statement of the facts.
