In connection with his request for a reconsideration of a waiver of the $320 late fee assessed for the late filing of an EDE-P campaign finance report, Marvin Blake, Jr.,states that his report was filed untimely because he sent three different reports and two were returned. Mr. Blake ask that he be allowed a 60 day extension to pay the $320 late fee, if it cannot be waived. Mr. Blake is an any other level candidate. This is his fourth campaign. He was an unsuccessful candidate.

The $360 late fee assessed for the 10-G report has not been paid.

18:1505.4.A(1) Any candidate, the treasurer or chairman of a political committee, or any other person required to file any reports under this Chapter, who knowingly fails to file or who knowingly fails to timely file any such reports as are required by this Chapter may be assessed a civil penalty as provided in R.S.42:1157 for each day until such report is filed.
