In connection with his request for a waiver of the $992, $400, $400, and $1,000 late fees assessed for the late filings of a 10-P, EDE-P, EDE-G, and 40-G campaign finance reports, James L. Mayo states that he is a first time candidate who mistakenly combined his 10-P and 10-G reports. In addition, his mother and oldest sister became ill in January of 2012. His sister passed away soon after becoming ill. Mr. Mayo is an any other level candidate. He was a successful candidate.
