In connection with his request for a waiver of the $420 late fee assessed for the late filing of a Supplemental campaign finance report, Mike Pete Huval, states that his brother prepares his reports. Unfortunately, he is a victim of cancer. Mr. Huval maintains that the report was untimely filed due to an oversight that was a cause of cancer treatments his brother is presently undergoing. Mr. Huval further states that a copy of his brother's medical records has been requested and will be forwarded to the Board once he has received them. Mr. Huval is a district level candidate. This is his sixth campaign. He was a successful candidate.
