At the August 17th 2012 meeting, after arguments provided by the staff and counsel for Ralph Stassi, Jr. and Brett Stassi, the Board concluded that the company owned by Ralph Stassi, Jr. may continue to write bail bonds for persons arrested by the Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office while Brett Stassi is the Sheriff of Iberville Parish.
