In connection with his request for a waiver of the $1,200 late fee assessed for the late filing of a Monthly campaign finance report, Bruce M. Conque, on behalf of the committee, states that the report was faxed on August 10, 2012, however, they unknowingly experienced technical issues on the transmission. They were unaware of the problem until receipt of a August 16, 2012 notice of late filing from the Campaign Finance division. Mr. Conque further states that he admits that they do not have record of the fax and have since taken correct steps to verify all fax transmissions so that a repeat of this mistake is avoided.
