Mr. Robin filed his lobbyist supplemental registration report that was due by July 6, 2012, fourteen days late on July 20, 2012. He was assessed a late fee of $700. Mr. Robin states that he filed a supplemental registration report on July 20, 2012 with the understanding that once a contract was signed, he would be paid. He states that he would not do any lobbying activity until the contract was signed. He states that the reason he filed the supplemental registration report on July 20, 2012 is because he and his family were traveling and he thought it would be the right thing to do. He states that he was not being paid and there was no lobbying activity.
