In connection with his request for a reconsideration of a waiver of the $420 late fee assessed for the late filing of a Supplemental campaign finance report, Allen Guillory, maintains that he did not receive a letter letting him know it was time to file a report. He further states that he only received notice stating that the Supplemental report was past due, and as soon as he received the notice, he immediately filed his report online. Mr. Guillory is a district level candidate. This is his fifth election.
