Ms. Tigner filed her lobbyist expenditure report that was due by June 25, 2012 and July 25, 2012, sixty-three and thirty-three days late on August 27, 2012. She was assessed a late fee of $1000. Ms. Tigner states that due to pregnancy issues, that required her to be placed on bed rest, she was unable to have access to a computer and was therefore unable to file her reports. She was ordered on bed rest on June 1, 2012 and returned to work part-time on August 20, 2012. She has provided a copy of her doctor's written orders and a letter from her supervisor confirming her maternity leave and return to work.
