In connection with her request for a reconsideration of a waiver of the $1,200 late fee assessed for the late filing of 10-G campaign finance report, Cynthia Willard-Lewis maintains that she is currently unemployed and ask that the amount of the late fee be reduced, due to financial hardship. Cynthia Willard-Lewis is a district level candidate. This is her twelfth campaign.
