The job would include clerical duties such as utility billing and collection, issuing permits, collecting taxes, and the handling of accounts payable and receivable. Harold Barras Collision Center, solely owned by the spouse of Allison Watts, currently provides body and fender services to the City of Westwego for city owned vehicles.
