In connection with his request for a waiver of the $120 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 30-P campaign finance report, Greg Lemons, states that he was incorrect in thinking that since the one and only opposing candidate for Mayor of Abita Springs withdrew from the election, he was only required to file an Annual report. As soon as he was made aware of the requirement to file a 30-P report, he submitted. Mr. Lemons is an any other level candidate. This is his third campaign. He was a successful candidate.
