Advisory opinion request from an employee of the Office of Behavioral Health, Ms. Robertha Antoine, regarding part-time employment with Louisiana Mentor. |

Ms. Antoine is a Social Service Counselour with the Office of Behavioral Health. She was considering part time employment with Louisiana Mentor as a Mental Health Rehabilitation contract worker, which would have included counseling children in foster care through the Department of Children and Family Services/Child Welfare division.
She no longer needs an opinion since she has recently been informed that the contract program in which she was employed under the Office of Behavioral Health will be cut during the mid-year cuts for the 2013 fiscal year.
