Request that the Board waive the $700 and $400 campaign finance late fees assessed against Jeff Little, a candidate for Mayor of the City of Gonzales, in the November 6, 2012 election, whose 30-P and 10-P campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 41 and 21 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request for a waiver of the $700 and $400 late fees assessed for the late filings of a 30-P and 10-P campaign finance reports, Jeff Little, states that he is a first time candidate who misunderstood filing requirements for filing the reports. He further states that he is financially unable to pay the late fees and ask that the Board please waive the assessed fees. Mr. Little is an any other level candidate. He was an unsuccessful candidate.
