In connection with his request for a waiver of the $500, $40, and $200 late fees assessed for the late filings of a 30-P, 10-P, and 10-G campaign finance reports, Elijah "Stepper's" Banks, states that his 10-P report was filed one day late due to a computer malfunction. As for the 30-P report, he was unaware of the requirement to file a 30-P report until he filed his 10-P report. He was informed by the Campaign Finance division, that there was a contribution he received that was reported on his 10-P report, however, it should have been reported on a 30-P report. Mr. Banks is an any other level candidate. This is his seventh campaign. He was a successful candidate.
