RE:
Request that the Board waive the $1,800 campaign finance late fee assessed against WOMEN, a political action committee, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 9 days late.
Facts:
In connection with her request for a waiver of the $1,800 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-G campaign finance report, Cheryl Q. W. Cramer, on behalf of the committee, states that the committee reorganized after a long hiatus since 2005. Ms. Cramer states that she is trying to re-acquaint herself with the reporting requirements and dates. She submitted their EDE-P report timely, however, she was unaware that another report was due, until when she received notice from the Campaign Finance division. The report was immediately filed upon receipt of notice.
