In connection with his request for a waiver of the $3,000 late fee assessed for the late filing of a 10-G campaign finance report, John Vickers, Chairperson on behalf of the committee, states that the committee's account has not been used and has a zero balance. The account was opened in 2011 in an effort to raise money for a newspaper ad and flyers. Mr. Vickers further states that he would like an appearance before the Board, regarding his request for a waiver of the late fee.
