Bryan Belgard states that he is currently employed with the Pineville Police Department in Rapides Parish and is seeking employment with the Tulllos Police Department in Lasalle Parish. He states that as an employee of the Tullos Police Department he would not have any responsibilities with the Pineville Police Department.

Section 1113 of the Code prohibits a public servant from entering into transactions that are under the supervision of the agency of the public servant.
