Ms. Bottger filed her lobbyist expenditure report that was due by January 25, 2013, three days late on January 28, 2013. She was assessed a late fee of $150. Ms. Bottger states that due to technical issues with their computer systems on January 23, 2013, their connection with the internet was compromised. As a result, the December 2012 expenditure report was not completed, although, they thought it had been finalized. To support their claim, they have provided a payment stub to their IT vendor, their service report, invoice, error report, and an interoffice email in regards to their technical issues.
