Ms. Conaway filed her lobbyist expenditure report that was due by January 25, 2013, three days late on January 28, 2013. She was assessed a late fee of $150. Ms. Conaway states that she is certain that she completed the report and finalized it on January 18, 2013. It was confirmed that she reported no expenditures on January 18, 2013; however, it was not finalized until January 28, 2013. She states that she is requesting a one-time waiver of this fee.
