Charges were filed in January regarding Charles Sullivan, a candidate for Sheriff of Sabine Parish in the October 22, 2011 election who failed to file his EDE-P campaign finance disclosure report, due by November 1, 2011.
His wife responded to the Charges filed January 18, 2013 to let us know that Mr. Sullivan passed away unexpectedly January 28, 2013.
