Advisory opinion regarding whether Dr. Chris Lartigue may contract back with the LSU Bogalusa Medical Center, within two years of the termination of his employment with the LSU Bogalusa Medical Center, to provide psychiatric services, which he provided during his employment with the Medical Center.
Comments:
Dr. Lartigue has advised the staff that he does not intend on seeking employment from Bogalusa Medical Center at this time. He requests to withdraw his opinion.
Recommendations:
Allow the withdrawal.
