RE:
Request that the Board waive a $840 late fee that was assessed against Edwin Shorty, a candidate for Orleans Parish City Court Constable in the November 6, 2012 election whose 10-G report was filed 14 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request that the Board waive the $840.00 late fee, Mr. Shorty states that the 10-G report was filed late because he did not have enough information available to to timely file the document. Mr. Shorty is a district level candidate. This is Mr. Shorty's first campaign.

Recommendations:
Suspend all but $200 based on future compliance.
