Agency Tracking No. 2022-222 <br /> Page 6 of <br /> Va <br /> PRAYER FOR RELIEF <br /> I. <br /> Based on the foregoing alleged facts herein, Christopher Hurt, in his capacity as the Fire <br /> Chief of the City of Baker er Fire Department, violated La. R.S. 42:1111 A by virtue of his receipt of <br /> $22,297.68 in overtime compensation for hours he did not work and for which he was not entitled <br /> to receive for the performance of his job duties as Fire Chief. <br /> , <br /> Based on the foregoing alleged facts herein, Christopher Hurt, in his capacity as the Fire <br /> Chief of the City of Baker Fire Department,violated La.R.S.42:1112A by virtue of his participation <br /> in accessing and fraudulently submitting 372 lours of overtime into the City of Baker Fire <br /> Department payroll systems for overtime hours that he did not perform any service or work for the <br /> Fire Department. <br /> HEREFORE, the Louisiana.Board of Ethics respectfully prays that <br /> (a) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board conduct a hearing on the foregoing charges} <br /> (b) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board determine that Christopher Hunt violated La. R.S. <br /> 42:1111 A and La. R.S. 42:11 1 4,with respect to the forgoing alleged facts <br /> (c) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board assess appropriate penalties in accordance with the <br /> Louisiana.Code of Governmental Ethics; and, <br />
