Bordclon serving as the <br /> Lead Trial Attorney. <br /> III. <br /> ALLEGATIONS <br /> I' <br /> On July 24, 2017, bandy Boyd began his employment with the City of Monroe as a Parrs <br /> Grounds Caretaker, Mr. Boyd has been continuously employed with the City of Monroe sine <br /> July 24, 2017 and at all times pertinent herein. <br /> 2. <br /> Dandy Boyd failed to take his mandatory annual eIhles training for calendar ears 2020 <br /> and 202 1. <br /> 39 <br /> On May 6,2021,a Notice of Failure to Complete 2 020 Ethics Training was issued to Randy <br /> Boyd gi 0 ving him instructions on how to complete the mandatory training within 30 days from the <br /> date of the correspondence. Mr. Boyd did not complete the training by June 6, 2021. <br /> 41D <br /> On August 2,2021,a Final Notice of Failure to Complete 2020 Ethics Training was issued} <br /> via certified nail, to Mr. Boyd advising him he must complete the mandatory training within 45 <br /> business days of the date of mailing. Mr. Boyd was advised that failure to complete the mandatory <br /> ethics training on or before deadline would result in a violation of the Code of Governmental Ethics <br /> Page 2of5 <br />
