Bordelon serving as the <br /> Lead Trial Attorney. <br /> SII. <br /> ALLEGATIONS <br /> �F <br /> During calendar year 2020, Gwendolyn Clement was a substitute teacher/substitute <br /> paraprofessional with the St. Tammany parish School System. Pursuant to a 2020 W-2 Tax <br /> Documents issued to Ms. Clement, she earned$1,405.06 in compensation for services provided to <br /> the St. Talnrnany Parish School System, <br /> 20 <br /> Gwendolyn Clement failed to tape her mandatory annual ethics training for calendar year <br /> 2020. <br /> On June 17 2021. a Final Notice of Failure to Complete 202 o Ethics Training was issued, <br /> via, certified mail, to Gwendolyn Clement giving her instructions on how to complete the <br /> mandatory training within 45 business days of the date of nailing. Ms. Clement refused the <br /> certified mail. The Final l otiee advised Ms. Clement that failure to complete,the mandatory ethics <br /> training on or before deadline would result in a.violation of the Code of Governmental Ethics and <br /> penalties may be imposed. <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
