ALLEGATIONS <br /> 5. <br /> Francis Breaux has been married to Priscilla Breaux since 1969, and they remain married <br /> at all times pertinent herein. <br /> 5. <br /> On or about March 13,2007,Francis Breaux was appointed as a non-compensated member <br /> of the Board of Commissioners for the Lafourche Parish Sewerage District No. 7 ("District"), a <br /> position he held continuously until his resignation on January 10, 2022. <br /> 7. <br /> On or about March 13, 2007, Priscilla Breaux was appointed as a non-compensated <br /> member of the Board of Commissioners for the Lafourche Parish Sewerage District No. 7 <br /> ("District"), a position he held continuously until her resignation on January 10, 2022. <br /> 8. <br /> In calendar year 2020, Francis Breaux entered into transactions with the District to perform <br /> grass cutting services on District property, which resulted in payments totaling $5,440.00 from the <br /> District. <br />
