V. PRAYER FOR RELIEF <br /> 13, <br /> Based on the facts alleged herein, David Quinn andQuinn's Service Station 311, LLC <br /> violated La. R.S. 42:1113(A)(1)(a) by virtue of entering into transactions with the TPSB <br /> Transportation Department to perform school bus services, for which Quinn' Service Station 311 <br /> LLC, received payments totaling $20, 675.55 from TPSB while David Quinn's brother, Jeffrey <br /> Quinn, was employed by the Transportation Department of TI B. <br /> WHEREFORE,the Louisiana Board of Ethics respectfully prays that: <br /> (a) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board conducts a public hearing on the foregoing <br /> charges; <br /> (b) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board finds that David Quinn and Quinn's Service <br /> Station 3 11a LLC violated La. R.S. 42:1113(A)(1)(a), with respect to the <br /> foregoing alleged facts; <br /> (c) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board assesses appropriate penalties in accordance <br /> with La.
