Mooney, La.Toya Jordan, Mallory Guillot, and <br /> Charles Reeves as the BOE's trial attorneys in this matter with Tracy M. Barker serving as the <br /> Lead Trial Attorney. <br /> III. <br /> ALLEGATIONS <br /> I. <br /> On October l, 2018, Darin Collins was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Housing <br /> Authority for Jefferson Parish for a five-year term ending on October 1, 2023. Mr. Collins has <br /> been an appointed member of the Dousing Authority for Jefferson parish continuously since <br /> October 1, 20 t 9, and at all tines pertinent herein. <br /> 20 <br /> Darin Collins failed to take his mandatory annual_ethics training for calendar years 2020 <br /> and 2021. <br /> 3, <br /> On June 11, 2021, a Notice of Failure to Complete 2 020 Ethics Training was issued to <br /> Darin Collins giving him instructions on how to complete the mandatory training within 30 days <br /> from the date of the correspondence. Mr. Collins did not complete the training Within 30 days. <br /> 40 <br /> On July 30, 202 t, a Final Notice of Failure to Complete 2020 Ethics Training was issued, <br /> Axartxid mail, to r. Collins advising him he must complete the mandatory training within 45 <br /> business days of the date of mailing. Mr. Collins was advised that failure to complete the <br /> mandatory ethics training on or before deadline would result in a violation of the Code of <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
