7+ <br /> Agreement No. 4499: On November 24, 2021, Mayor Zahn signed an Agreement on <br /> behalf of the City of Kenner with Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Decile & Hayes, LLC,, <br /> (hereinafter referred to as "CSW'') which agreed to assist the City with unspecified legal services <br /> related to Hurriem-le Ida. The Agreement went into effect August 26, 2021 and terminated on. <br /> August 25,2022,unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing. CSW agreed to bill the <br /> City for attome s' fees according to a Maximum Hourly Fee Schedule set by Louisiana Attorney <br /> General Jeff Landry, effective February 8, 201 6, with a maximum fee of up to $225 per hour. <br /> . <br /> Agreement No. 4526: on January 5, 2022, Mayor Zahn signed an Agreement on b elialf <br /> of the City of Kenner with CSW, which agreed to provide unspecified legal services, "ffieluding <br /> legal advice and consultation, litigation and other related matters as assigned by Kenner."' The <br /> Agreement went into effect January 1,2022 and tenninafted on December 31, 2022. C.SW agreed <br /> to bill the City for a.tto e s' Fees according to a Maximum Hourly Fee Schedule set by Louisiana. <br /> Attorney General Jeff Landry, effective February 8, 2016, with a ma finmn fee of up to $225 per <br /> hour. <br /> 9,. <br /> Agreement -_ Hurricane Zeta Insurance Claims: On March 18, 2022, Mayor Zahn <br /> signed an Agreement on behalf of the City of Kenner with CSW, which agreed to assist the City <br /> with insurance claims resulting from damage caused by Hurricane Zeta to a City Hall building <br /> known as Building C at 1801 Williams Boulevard. The Agreement went into effect February 23, <br /> 2022 and was set to remain in effect until completion of the work.
