1 0. l <br /> Agreement No. 4574: on March 22, 2 022, Mayor Zahn signed an Agreement on behalf <br /> of the City of Kenner with CSW, which agreed to assist the City with insurance claims resulting <br /> from tornado damage done on May 18, 2021, to the A.P. Clay Center, 200 Decatur t., Kenner, <br /> Louisiana, which housed a Head Std program. The Agreement went into effect March 16, 2022 <br /> and was sot for termination upon completion of the work. CSW agreed to be paid attorney foes <br /> on a contingency basis, with a value of 5% of the regio ered amounts. <br /> 11 <br /> Agreement No. 4576: On March 22, 2022, Mayor Zahn signed an Agreement on behalf <br /> of the City of Kenner with CSW,which agreed to provide legal services related to public records <br /> requests. The Agroement went Into effect March 1, 2022 and was set to terminate on February <br /> 8, 2023. CSW agreed to hill the City for attorneys' fees according to a Maximum Hourly Fee <br /> Schedule set by Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, effective February 8, 2016, with a <br /> maximum fee of up to $225 per hour. <br /> 1 . <br /> Between Larch 195 2021, and June 24P 20225 the City of Denner paid a total of <br /> $355,917.48 to CSW for legal services rendered by CSW to the City of Kermer in connection <br /> with the above agreements. <br /> 13. <br /> On. July 16, 2021, CSW began providing legal services to N r* Zahn in his personal <br /> capacity. Legal services were provided by CSW to Mr. Zahn through May 31, 2022.
