V. PRAYER FOR RELIEF <br /> 13. <br /> Based on the facts alleged herein, Denaro d Anderson violated La. R.S. 42:1113B by <br /> entering into or having a substantial economic interest in transactions under the supervision or <br /> jurisdiction of the St. John the Baptist Parish Housing Authority while his mother served as a <br /> Commissioner with the St. John the Baptist Parish Housing Authority, for which he received <br /> $466.00 in rental income from the Housing Choice Voucher Program in 2022 and an additional <br /> $91339.00 in 2023. <br /> WHEREFORE, the Louisiana Board of Ethics respectfully prays that: <br /> (a) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board conducts a public hearing on the foregoing <br /> charges; <br /> (b) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board finds that Denarod Anderson violated La. <br /> R.S. 42:1113B, with respect to the foregoing alleged facts; <br /> (c) The Ethics Adjudicatory Board assesses appropriate penalties in accordance <br /> with La.
