ORDER <br /> FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Anthony J. "Buddy" Amoroso, while serving as an elected <br /> member of the East Baton Rouge City-Parish Metro Council, violated La. R.S. <br /> 42:1111C(2)(d) by receiving a thing of economic value in the form of a salary for services <br /> provided to Prime Properties,LLC at a lime when Prime Properties, LLC had a contractual, <br /> or other financial or business relationship with the Public Housing Agency of the City of <br /> Baton Rouge-Parish of East Baton Rouge, Office of Community Development. <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Prime Properties, LLC, a company in which Anthony J. <br /> "Buddy"Amoroso exercised control,received a thing of economic value inthe form of rental <br /> payments for services provided to Stephanie Harris at a time when a tenant of Prime <br /> Properties, LLC had a contractual, or other financial or business relationship with the Public <br /> Housing Agency of the City of Baton Rouge-Parish of East Baton Rouge, Office of <br /> Community Development and while Anthony J. "Buddy" Amoroso served as an elected <br /> member of the East Baton Rouge City-Parish Metro Council. <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Prime Properties, LLC, a company in which Anthony J. <br /> "Buddy" Amoroso had a controlling interest, entered into contracts that were under the <br /> supervision or jurisdiction of the Public Housing Agency of the City of Baton Rouge-Parish <br /> of East Baton Rouge, Office of Community Development while Anthony J.
