10. <br /> On February 14,2012,prior to Anthony J."Buddy Amoroso taking office on January <br /> 1, 2013, Prime Properties, LLC (under its Trade Name Prime Properties, XL) entered into <br /> a Standard Lease Agreement with a tenant to lease to her premises located at 13648 <br /> Chalmene Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70810 for $900/month with part of the rent being paid <br /> by the Public Housing Agency of the City of Baton Rouge-Parish of East Baton Rouge, <br /> Office of Community Development. The term of the lease was one year. <br /> 11. <br /> On February 14, 2012, prior to Anthony J. "Buddy" Amoroso taking office on <br /> January 1,2013,Prime Properties,LLC (under its Trade Name Prime Properties,XL)entered <br /> into a contract with the Public Housing Agency of the City of Baton Rouge-Parish of East <br /> Baton Rouge, Office of Community Development, under the Housing and Urban <br /> Development Housing Assistance Program with respect to the rental of property located at <br /> 13648 Chalmette Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70810. The initial Housing Assistance Payment <br /> totaled $853.
