LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> APRIL 7,2022 BD NO: 2019-580 <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF LINDA MUSSON <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to La. R.S. 42:1141 of the Louisiana Code of <br /> Governmental Ethics (the "Ethics Code"), conducted a confidential investigation concerning <br /> information that Linda Musson, in her capacity as the former Principal/Director of the Maxine <br /> Giardina Charter School, violated La. R.S. 42:1121. The BOE and Linda Musson enter into this <br /> Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Linda Musson,a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of Terrebonne, <br /> with a last known address of 160 Meandering Way, Houma, Louisiana 70360-6092; and <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, a Louisiana State Agency, domiciled in East Baton <br /> Rouge Parish whose mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70821. <br /> IL <br /> JURISDICTION <br /> L <br /> The BOE is an agency of the State of Louisiana domiciled in East Baton Rouge Parish, <br /> Louisiana. <br /> 2. <br /> The BOE is authorized to offer a Consent Opinion to Linda Musson by virtue of La. R.S. <br /> 42:1141 C(3)(f). <br />
