VAI. <br /> ORDER <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Linda Musson, in her capacity as the former Principal/Director of <br /> Maxine Giardina Charter School, violated La. R.S. 42:1121 when, beginning on August 1, 2018, <br /> she provided assistance for compensation to the Maxine Giardina Charter School within two years <br /> of her termination as the school's Principal/Director on June 30, 2018. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no civil penalty will be assessed against Linda Musson <br /> since she is no longer a public servant and the interests of the public and judicial efficiency is <br /> served through the publication of the Consent Opinion. <br />
