LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF TERI DURST BD NO: 2022-250 <br /> The Board of Ethics (the `BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Teri Durst rendered services to Fleur de Lis Portrait and Design Studio <br /> while Fleur De Lis Portrait and Design Studio had or was seeking to have a contractual, financial, <br /> or business relationship with Youree Drive Middle School. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, the BOE enters into this <br /> Consent Opinion with Teri Durst as follows: <br /> 1. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Teri Durst, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of Caddo <br /> with a last known address of 9836 Deepwoods Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana 71118. <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br />
