A transaction <br /> involving the agency of a governmental entity shall have the same meaning with respect to the <br /> agency. <br /> V. <br /> OPINION: <br /> It is the opinion of the BOE that Jenifer Guerrero, in her capacity as Principal at Youree <br /> Drive Middle School,violated La. R.S. 42:1117 by approving, signing and issuing checks to Dan <br /> Ford,which Dan Ford was prohibited from receiving by La. R.S. 42:1113A. <br /> In this matter, the parties have agreed to resolve this matter amicably. Therefore, it is the <br /> conclusion of the BOE that the interests of the public and judicial efficiency would be served <br /> through the publication of this Consent Opinion with the imposition of a $3,000.00 civil penalty <br /> against Jenifer Guerrero. <br /> VI. <br /> ORDER: <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDRED that Jenifer Guerrero, Jenifer Guerrero, in her capacity as Principal at <br /> Youree Drive Middle School, violated La. R.S. 42:1117 by approving, signing and issuing checks <br /> to Dan Ford, which Dan Ford was prohibited from receiving by La.
