Morrow, Sr., Patrick Morrow, A <br /> Professional Law Corporation, and Morrow, Morrow, Ryan, and Bassett, A Louisiana Partnership <br /> knowingly and of their own free will: (a) do not contest that any charges previously filed by the <br /> BOE might be supported by facts stated herein; (b) do not contest that the BOE possesses evidence <br /> to support violations of La. R.S. 42:1113 and La.
